Fast Breakfast

Instant Vermicelli ( Instant शेवया )

Ingredients  : -  2 Bowls of  Vermicelli,  1/2 bowl of Grated Coconut, 2 tbsp oil, 2-3                        Red Chillies, 1 tsp mustard,  A Pinch of Asefoetida,1 tbsp peanut powder, 1/2 tsp  sugar, Salt for taste.

                            

Method  :- 1)Fry Vermicelli when they are dry.

2) Add oil in a pan on a medium gas. When oil gets heated up add red chillies & coconut                    & fry it till it gets brownish red.

3) Then add Vermicelli, salt & sugar. And keep it for cooling.

4) When it becomes cool, keep it in steel - jar.

5) When you want to make Vermicelli ,keep 1 bowl of this mixture + 1 bowl of boiled                        water on medium- low heat, cover it with lid and  keep on medium heat for 4/5 mints .                          Add  peanut powder, if you like.
( Its not compulsory).

6)When water get absorbed , garnish with coriander leaves & serve.
